Mrs. Fragnito's Kindergarten Class did their very first research project about animals! Students picked an animal to research and learned about its appearance, habitat, diet, how it protected itself, and other interesting facts. They completed a research note sheet at home with an adult, drew a picture of their bug in the classroom and even recorded the title and author of the non-fiction book they used. In library the students turned all of the information that they learned about animals into a digital class book. The students had a great time learning and creating. Enjoy their book!

During library Ms.Alexander's class made an ABC picture book all about Random Acts of Kindness (RAKS)! Since these students are members of the Kind Kids Club they felt it was important to make a book about being kind to others. Each student chose a letter and decided on a RAK that they wanted to share in their book. After the pages were made they were put in order, laminated and binded together. Mrs. Middleton turned the class book into a library book so students could check it out and read it with family and friends. Check out the very cool music video about their book!
