**To sign your student athletes up for sports go to the Student Athlete Registration button on the left of this page. Please read the information on this page. The Marcellus Athletic Registration/Eligibility Health Form and the Concussion Permission Form and the Student/Athlete Handbook Agreement Form must be completed online at Family ID for each season in which a student-athlete competes. PLEASE READ EACH FORM. There is a link to Family ID at the bottom of this page.
