KCH Halloween Parade begins at 1:45 p.m.: The weather seems to be delivering us a treat, not a trick. So the annual K.C. Residents reject proposed capital project: On Oct. 21, Marcellus Central School District residents rejected a proposal to upgrade the high school for 21 st century educational programming, as well as additional enhancements at C.S. Driver Middle School and K.C. Heffernan Elementary School.
Voters rejected the capital project proposal 598 votes to 416 votes.
